I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Steve Moghadam (``Producer``) to have me and my services as (Writer, Co Producer, Host, Actor and Model ``Player``) and to record my voice, performance, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and to use my pictures, photographs, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness and sound as part of the ``Persian Awards and group and their licensors`` Promotional material on internet, printing, TV commercial, Video promotional and any type of promotion and useful in this project and the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition and exploitation of this project by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used, and/or incorporated and/or exhibited and/or exploited.

I agree to play the role of ``Writer, Co Producer, Host, Actor and Model`` in this project at no cash fee as volunteer for this continuously project with no time limit. I agree that I will not receive any other fee or compensation upon the completion of filming and Photography and or distribution in any format.

I agree that I will not assert or maintain against you, your successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with your authorized use of my physical likeness and sound in this project as herein provided. I hereby release you, your successors, assigns and licensees, and each of them, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which I ever had, now have, or may, or shall hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of your use as herein provided.

The undersigned , (``Assignor``) does hereby sell, grant, convey and assign unto Steve Moghadam (Producer), its successors, assigns and licensees forever, all rights, title and interest including but not limited to exclusive worldwide distribution and allied rights of Assignor in and to that certain Assignor acting, to wit: ``Photo, Video, audio, printing material like books and magazines produced by Assignee,`` and all drafts, revisions, arrangements, adaptations, in any kind of formats and distribution which may heretofore have been involve or which may hereafter be belong to Assignor.

I affirm that neither I, nor anyone acting for me, gave or agreed to give anything of value to any of your employees or any representative of any television network, motion picture studio or production entity for arranging my appearance on this project.

I have read the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof and, intending to be legally bound, I have signed this release.

MINOR/CHILD, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Steve Moghadam (``Producer``) to have MINOR/CHILD and MINOR/CHILD services as (Writer, Co Producer, Host, Actor and Model ``Player``) and to record MINOR/CHILD voice, performance, poses, acts, plays and appearances, and to use MINOR/CHILD`s pictures, photographs, silhouette and other reproductions of MINOR/CHILD`s physical likeness and sound as part of the ``Persian Awards and group and their licensors`` Promotional material on internet, printing, TV commercial, Video promotional and any type of promotion and useful in this project and the unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition and exploitation of this project by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used, and/or incorporated and/or exhibited and/or exploited.

MINOR/CHILD agree to play the role of ``Writer, Co Producer, Host, Actor and Model`` in this project at no cash fee as volunteer for this continuously project with no time limit. Speaker/Stage Act Release Agreement

I acknowledge that the Persian Awards® may record all or parts of its conferences/programs/events, including digital or electronic programs and content on Persian Awards'® platforms, in audio, visual, or other format and may make edited and/or unedited recordings or transcriptions thereof. All such recordings and transcripts and any related materials in any format are referred to hereunder as a “Recording” or “Recordings”.

I understand that Persian Awards® may make such Recording(s) available, before, during, or after the event or the date of any events or the date on which content was provided on any platform, to event attendees or participants, to participants in any event or on any platform, and to other professionals interested in the topics being covered.

In exchange for the intangible value, I will gain by participating in the conference/program/event or digital event; I hereby grant to Persian Awards® and its affiliates, successors, and assigns the following rights to any such Recording(s) regardless of any format or form of communication including electronic or otherwise whether now existing or hereafter developed, including:

(i) The exclusive, unrestricted rights to display, distribute, perform, reproduce, edit, create derivative works from, and/or otherwise use the Presentation anywhere around the world, in whole or in part, alone or accompanied by other material, in any and all media without any further approval from me, in perpetuity. This includes the ability to translate my Presentation into any language, and the right to sub-license the Presentation as necessary to third parties that Persian Awards® deems appropriate.

(ii) The exclusive worldwide right to use, transcribe, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, broadcast, or create derivative works of my Recording(s) to promote and publicize Persian Awards® or any of its conferences/programs/event/publication, digital events, or platforms; and

- Personal information. I understand and agree that by contributing to Persian Awards®, that I consent to have my Presentation published worldwide, and grant full consent to Persian Awards® to process, manage, store and transmit personal information collected from my Presentation, including supporting information, such as my name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical data (collectively, “Supporting Information”) to third parties for permitted use. Examples of permitted uses of the Presentation and Supporting Information include Persian Awards'® right to display the Presentation on the Persian Awards® YouTube channel or on Persian Awards'® website (PersianAwards.com) on television and distributing the Presentation on mobile phones, films, and other video distribution channels, or through other third party organizations (such as airlines, hotels or corporate partners).

- No conditions. I understand and agree that my involvement is for the opportunity to present an idea to a wide audience and to support the Persian Awards®, as good and valuable consideration. I agree that there are no other conditions required and that:

(i) Persian Awards® isn’t obligated to use, publish or distribute the Presentation or Supporting Information in any way;

(ii) I won’t receive any form of payment in connection with the use of the Presentation and/or Supporting Information; and

(iii) except as required by law, I may not revoke the rights granted in this Release.

- Ownership. I affirm that:

(i) I have the full power and authority to grant the rights set forth in this Release;

(ii) I am the sole author of the Presentation;

(iii) I have not violated the intellectual property rights of another party and have permission to include all material in the Presentation, including, but not limited to, all copyrights and trademark rights; and

(iv) I will advise Persian Awards® in writing of all third-party material contained in the Presentation (and provide copies of licenses or permissions securing all necessary rights).

- As a conference speaker, an Artist or as a presenter at any event or participant on any platform, I hereby consent to the foregoing and to the discharge and acquittal of Persian Awards® from any and all claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have, whether for copyright infringement, libel or violation of privacy or anything else, by reason of recording, duplicating, and distributing my Recording(s) or any material(s) that I delivered to Persian Awards® or made available for use at an event or on a digital platform.

- This release form in no way inhibits me from using my own presentation in any manner I so desire, provided that each such use includes an acknowledgement that the presentation was developed in connection with a conference/program/event or digital event or platform produced by Persian Awards®.

I acknowledge that execution of this Agreement does not obligate Persian Awards® to publish my Recordings, presentation, or content, or any part thereof.

Film Release Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, Persian Awards® FILM FESTIVAL REGULATIONS

I, as the authorized representative of the project being submitted (the "Film"), hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to the Film's submission for consideration for the Persian Awards® International Film Festival – Persian Film Awards (the “Festival”)

1. Please note that acceptance of a film does not guarantee airline or hotel accommodations for talent or production crew.

2. Kindly be informed that no media will be returned after the Festival.

3. The number of screenings, days, and venues for the Festival is solely at the discretion of Persian Awards®.

4a. All films accepted into the Festival will be required to provide an H.264 file (and/or Blu-ray screener if requested).

4b. It is possible that accepted films may be invited to participate in a best of festival program following the event.

5. I hereby declare and assure the Festival that: (a) I am duly authorized, both on my own behalf and on behalf of all other individuals or entities who possess any ownership rights or interests (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights) in or related to the Film (referred to as the “Film’s Owners”), to exhibit this Film at the Festival, (b) the exhibition of the Film at the Festival will not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights or consent of any person or entity, and (c) the Film is not involved in any ongoing litigation, arbitration, or other adversarial claims or proceedings, nor is it under any threat of such legal actions.

6. I hereby assure, on behalf of myself and the Film's Owners, that the screening of the Film at the Festival will not violate or infringe upon any copyrights, patents, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks, service marks, or any other personal or property rights of any individual or entity. Furthermore, I confirm that the Film does not contain any defamatory content towards any individual or entity. I have already paid and will continue to fulfill all necessary license fees, clearance fees, and other obligations associated with the exhibition of the Film at or in connection with the Festival.

7. Should the Festival accept the Film, I acknowledge, on behalf of myself and the Film's Owners, that the Festival's exhibition or presentation of the Film does not establish any confidential or fiduciary relationship between the Festival and myself and/or the Film's Owners. Additionally, I understand that neither I nor any of the Film's Owners will receive any form of compensation for such exploitation. I acknowledge that the Festival or the Persian Awards® Collaborative assumes no obligations of any kind, nor can any obligations be implied, as a result of the Festival's selection of the Film. Both I and the Film's Owners comprehend and acknowledge that the Festival's selection of the Film does not constitute an express or implied endorsement or approval by the Festival or the Persian Awards® Collaborative of the Film's content or any opinions expressed therein.

8. I hereby agree, on behalf of myself and all the owners of the Film, to indemnify and hold harmless the Festival and the Persian Awards® Collaborative, along with their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, creative advisors, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Parties"). This indemnification covers any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and other costs) that may be asserted by any individual or entity, or incurred by the Festival, the Persian Awards® Collaborative, or any Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Parties, at any time in connection with the Film or the Festival's use of it. Furthermore, it includes any claims or expenses arising from any breach or alleged breach of any representation made by me to the Persian Awards® Collaborative, including both express and implied representations stated in these Terms and Conditions.

9. I hereby confirm and agree, on behalf of myself and all the owners of the Film, that the submission of the Film to the Festival is entirely voluntary and without any promise or inducement. I acknowledge that the Festival, the Persian Awards® Collaborative, or any Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Parties are under no obligation or responsibility to accept the Film for the Festival, exhibit it at the Festival, acknowledge its submission, or return it to me or any other party. Furthermore, I, along with the Film's owners, agree that by submitting the Film for consideration, we are waiving any right to assert any claim or initiate any legal proceeding against the Persian Awards® or the Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Parties. This includes any claims arising from or related to the submission, exhibition, or failure to exhibit the Film at the Festival. Such claims may include allegations of oral or written representations made by the Festival or its representatives regarding the submission or exhibition of the Film. We understand that these claims may be based on contract, implied contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. If any claim is made or legal action is taken in violation of the agreement mentioned in the previous sentence, I hereby agree, on behalf of myself and the Film's Owners, to compensate the Festival for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and other costs) incurred by any of the aforementioned parties as a result of or in connection with such claim or legal action brought in violation of the representations and agreements stated in this paragraph. This includes the reimbursement of all attorney's fees incurred or to be incurred by the Festival, the Persian Awards® Collaborative, or any Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Parties in relation to any claim, arbitration, or other legal action initiated by me, the Film's Owners, or any other representative of the Film.

10. In the event that the Film is accepted by the Festival, I hereby authorize, on behalf of myself and each of the Film's Owners, the Festival, the Persian Awards® Collaborative, and their related entities to exercise the following rights without any reservations, conditions, or qualifications: (a) the right to utilize footage, stills, titles, and information from or pertaining to the Film for promotional purposes; and (b) the right to release and authorize publicity regarding the filmmakers and the Film, as well as utilize all associated names, likenesses, and biographical information. Additionally, I consent to providing contact information for the director and producer(s) of the Film, and grant the Festival the right to disclose this information to film industry organizations sponsoring Festival events at its discretion.

11. I hereby confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or in the event that I am below the legal age required to enter into contracts in my state, I have furnished the Festival with a written consent from my parent or legal guardian, as required.

12. I hereby consent, on behalf of myself and all the owners of the Film, that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to the Film, the Festival, or these Terms and Conditions (including any breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity) shall be governed by the internal laws of the Persian Awards®. Furthermore, I agree that such matters shall be resolved through exclusive and binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration process will be administered by Persian Awards® in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The selection of the arbitrator will be made through mutual agreement of the parties involved, or if no agreement is reached, Persian Awards® will appoint the arbitrator in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator will issue a written decision and has the authority to grant any monetary relief, except for punitive or exemplary damages. Moreover, the arbitrator has the ability to award, and will award, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses incurred in the arbitration to the party that substantially prevails. This includes reimbursing the party for their share of the arbitrator's fees and Persian Awards® administrative charges. The arbitrator may also grant any other relief that they consider fair and appropriate. The arbitrator's decision is final, binding, and cannot be appealed. The judgment based on the arbitrator's decision can be entered in any competent court in Canada. By agreeing to this exclusive arbitration provision, I am waiving any right or entitlement, on behalf of myself and the Film's Owners, to bring or litigate any claim covered by this paragraph in federal or provincial court against the Persian Awards® Collaborative, the Festival, or any Persian Awards® Collaborative Related Party. I am also waiving the right to a trial by jury for such claims.

13. I confirm that I have thoroughly read and comprehended the guidelines and regulations for submitting a film to the Festival. I understand that the details provided in the aforementioned document take precedence over any information obtained from other sources, such as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) documents or previous years' rules and regulations documents.

14. By submitting my film, I hereby declare that I willingly and without any coercion accept and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. I acknowledge that any verbal statements, incentives, guarantees, or promises not explicitly mentioned in these terms and conditions have not been made by the Festival, the Persian Awards® Collaborative, or any related parties associated with the Persian Awards® Collaborative.
