He co-founded TAPSI, Iran's leading ride-hailing platform, which became the first Iranian startup to go public through an IPO. Under his leadership, TAPSI scaled to over 30 million passengers and 2.5 million drivers, revolutionizing urban transportation in Iran. In 2024, Monshipour resigned as CEO due to differences with the new majority shareholder, Golrang Industrial Group, but remained involved as a board member during the transition period. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of AIR Properties, an AI-powered real estate brokerage based in Dubai, aiming to transform property transactions through innovative technology.
